We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. Excellent service! Fixing brackets were missing on delivery but the delivery driver found them in his van and came back on SUNDAY. The sink was received in perfect condition which was a surprise as there was virtually no packaging....
