The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!

MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Within a few hours the order was delivered. Top marks to everyone!...

Package did arrive damaged but not sufficiently to be returned whole service was very good and hopefully the product is going to be good I already have one installed in my house and I’m very happy with it so thumbs up for your business...
