My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !
As such, I would have no problem ordering from MyTub again....

Amazing range of spares and the only site I could find that had the item I needed in stock. Good service and prompt delivery. My only gripe was that the delivery charge seemed a bit heavy but if you need the part you pay the price.

Great service. The item wasnt in stock once the order had been processed, in fact its a discontinued product, however Christine managed to locate one in Ireland and, upon payment of a courier fee, this was delivered the next day. ...

I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me.
