All fine really, apart from a pretty slow delivery service. 6 days to deliver within the UK is I bit excessive, as Ive had things shipped from Napal in less time....

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. I don’t normally respond to requests for feedback but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by MyTub. The website doesn’t inspire confidence looks a bit dated and home-brewed. Indeed I initially moved on to look for an alternative supplier. In the event the service was exemplary. Fast response to the request for lead time, simple order processing and blisteringly fast delivery. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks....

Good delivery service. Bath arrived earlier than expected. Kept informed on deliveries. Packages arrived in good condition. Drivers helpful - were on 1st floor & both were willing to help carry heavy good up the stairs. Price competitive. Would recommend to others....

Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Coming from the north-east myself, Im always glad when theres a chance to buy from a company based up there. ...
