Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. I had a problem trying to find a replacement element for my old towel warmer, and Steve went to great lengths to try and find a solution for me. Unfortunately he couldnt resolve the issue, but he was extremely helpful and understanding and I thank him for that....
