MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs....

Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company....

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service. I had to call as I needed to collect the item ordered urgently, I made 3 calls and spoke to 2 people. They could not have been more helpful, they located and contacted the nearest delivery site and emailed the details to me....
