When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Hi. Just to confirm that I received my order on Friday 24 October 2014. The only comment that I would want to make is that I expected confirmation that the delivery date of 24 October was to be the actual date. However, I had to phone to find out that this was the case.
