Very good prices and service, let down by a long delivery time. My order was placed just before Christmas so didnt expect delivery before early January. However I was disappointed to have to wait over 4 weeks from order to receive the goods. Apart from this the service is excellent, and I was kept informed - although this was often of ever lengthening expected delivery dates! A tracking service once goods are on the way would be a helpful addition. I would use this supplier again, as long as a short lead time is not essential....

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Well, not only did MyTub have the parts - they were a fraction of the cost I expected and they were delivered within the week with no problems. Brilliant and highly recommended!! Thank you very much!...

Well it all arrived correctly as agreed.
The actual ordering was not quite as straightforward as we expected. The Company did have a server issue earlier in the day though....
