Subsequent message via the website asking about flues and fittings has not been answered....

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
Over all score for MyTub = 5 out of 10...

I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. This was very good service and price. I think my tub order the part when the money is received and so the time to delivery is longer than if the items were being kept in stock. However communication via the website was good.
