Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. The order took a couple of days longer than anticipated because of delay from My Tubs supplier, but My Tub kept me informed of the status every day and the day they took delivery of it they had it delivered to us within a couple of hours. So 10 out of 10 for communications....

Disappointed at cost of delivery to here, but MY Tubs are not alone on this. Was how ever relatively pleased with the alternative offered and the rest of the customer service given. Prompt replies to e-mails and helpful staff with the asked for notification when the goods were ready for uplift. Would use again if required....

Very slow delivery on urgent parts.
Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.
