Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Bath was delivered at 4pm the next day, which was spot on, by a very polite and courteous chap. Thank you My Tub - would definitely use you again and would defintely recommend to others. 5 Stars!...

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. When order was placed there was no communication from yourselves regarding that one of the items was out of stock and would take at least 4 weeks to get . I only found out from my local plumbers merchant who you tried to place the order with Once I had then emailed youselves a member of your staff think her name was Karen contacted me and once I explained the situation that I needed it the following week , went away and managed to source the item for me. Was very impressed with how the problem was dealt withand items were delivered when promised , but think the webpage product listings should be clearer on delivery times with these sort of items.
