We ordered a product from MyTub which was acknowledged immediately. Later the same day we had a message saying it had been dispatched via TNT. When after 4 or 5 days the parcel hadnt arrived. I contacted MyTub, who immediately acknowledged receipt of my email, then later that day replied that TNT had lost the item and they were dispatching another parcel that day. This arrived on the day they had promised. Their service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending this company....

Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. I was very impressed with the service given my MyTub. As I was moving and it was a bit complicated with delivery I was worried that things would go wrong but they didnt. I could always get through to somebody straight away on the telephone who was knowledgeable about the situation and all went smoothly.
I am so pleased with the Katell Galaxy fireplace. It is just as described and looks really good in my new home. Thank you for your customer service....

Service has been very good, and there was someone on the end of the phone for advice about the items I wanted to buy. One small item missing from the delivered order arrived the next day with no fuss. Website was straightforward with information about items so could check everything was exactly what I wanted and Mytub very responsive to emails sent from their www asking for delivery information. ...
