Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. We waited in all day and by 4.45pm no delivery had taken place. I phoned again and this was checked out and yet another email arrived with an apology and note that the item would be delivered the following morning. This did happen at 12.20pm. When I questioned the delivery man he said he had a delivery date of 20th November and was not notified of any change to that!!!! Why was this when they clearly had the item in the depot and we...

To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. MyTub was very good at providing one of the parts I needed and the whole procedure was straight forward with a user friendly ordering system, good company customer contact procedures and good delivery service.
