I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Thank you so much your help during my crisis was greatly appreciated and the end result is perfect, totally spot on. Thank you....

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic level of service offered to me by your sales representative Christine. Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again....
