The 1st order there were 2 cover seats and they were both broken. I sent them back immediately. The 2nd order got lost, then Christmas and New Year stopped process and finally the seat cover arrived. So fr so good. ...

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. The parts arrived last week, and now we finally have a working thermostat on our boiler :-. Laurie was really really helpful-thank you!...
