The wording Does not have an automatic price update please enquire really means the price quoted on the page is meaningless. I checked the stock on the system and received an email saying the item is in stock. The system allowed me to order and pay at the price shown but I was then emailed and asked if I really wanted this colour and if so the price was 50% higher because it was a special order!
As far as Im concerned I was offered goods for a price, I accepted that offer and paid that price and then was told the price is significantly higher. I dont consider this to be good practice and recommend the wording be reviewed.

Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.
All in all a god experience ...

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Cant fault your service at all, even though the dispatch was delayed you kept me very well informed all the time. Will certainly use you again.
