The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Payment options - like a lot of people I use a debit card for payment. Debit card isnt one of the options, you have to use the "credit card" option and presume that also covers debit cards.
Make it clear and incorporate "debit card" as an option please.

We ordered a product from MyTub which was acknowledged immediately. Later the same day we had a message saying it had been dispatched via TNT. When after 4 or 5 days the parcel hadnt arrived. I contacted MyTub, who immediately acknowledged receipt of my email, then later that day replied that TNT had lost the item and they were dispatching another parcel that day. This arrived on the day they had promised. Their service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending this company....
