recieved item thank you, the only issue i have is that we paid the £7.50 for a quicker delivery and but it still took approx 8 working days.
Apart from this i am sure we will use you again....

Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again....

Brilliant,
Very easy to use the web site, item ordered was exactly as described and order process was very easy.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Delivery slower than a lot of on-line companies but that didnt matter. However, I was promised to be advised of an am or pm slot when the delivery date was known but I had to request this.
All in all though, I received what I ordered and it was delivered on the day and at the time I was advised and it was easy to get in touch as the email link takes you direct to the correct page every time - not like some where you then have to log in and then find out where they want you to go.
