Hi everyone, the service i have received has been excellent. Everyone has been polite and delivery came on the day stated. The only problem i have is that i cannot access my account. Placed the order and was contacted by a very helpful chap at MyTubs to say that the part I ordered was obsolete but that they had one to send me. He range back to check that I had ordered the part from the pt number and not by the picture as there is another almost identical. Really chuffed with the customer service. Would recommend. ...

Fast delivery which is always appreciated, however the product I ordered has a manufactures life time guarntee but the product was delivered without any manufacturers paperwork

The manufacture does not send us any paper work however there garantee still stands on the Eddy electronic water descaler/conditioner
