Hi. This was first time using MyTub. What a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend using MyTub. Thank you...

Just wanted to say thanks. I've put my order in.You would not believe the run around I've had trying to get this and the number of places that have told me it doesn't exist or quoted ridiculous prices.
Thanks

Excellent, efficient service, with great communication throughout, especially with respect to delivery as this was shipped to an overseas location. Many thanks and has been delivered and received successfully....

I was disappointed that you didnt have the toilet seats that I ordered but the alternatives you found for me are excellent. With all the different styles and shapes of toilets it is really hard for the ordinary person to go into a shop and pick one of the shelf and be sure that it will fit properly. These ones are perfect and are of outstanding quality.
Thank you ...

Order came on the day expected, but a week for a small part could be improved.
Part is slightly dented, not as a result of delivery, qa before packing would be good.
I havent fitted the part yet so hopefully the dent wont affect installation...
