We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Barring some slight confusion over a late item which turned out to be delivered on time ! my experience was very positive. Everything arrived when I needed it in the end, and the prices were very reasonable. My one criticism is that some of the pictures on the website are misleading, as they either show the wrong item or additional items which are not in fact included....

Payment options - like a lot of people I use a debit card for payment. Debit card isnt one of the options, you have to use the "credit card" option and presume that also covers debit cards.
Make it clear and incorporate "debit card" as an option please.
