I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Within a few hours the order was delivered. Top marks to everyone!...

I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back! My order was so small but this didnt seem to matter, still made me feel like a special customer. If I were a plumber I am not! I would use these guys all of the time. So refreshing that there are companies out there that still go the extra mile to keep customers informed.

your service and communication have been excellent and products and website are good to! I would guess delivery out of your hands at this point but delivery was confirmed for 12/01/2018 but didnt arrive until 15/01/2018 but wasnt a problem for me!

Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.
