Thank you for the toilet handle it works perfectly. The wait was a bit long but
acceptable. I think you should add the vat on before adding the postage.
It beats having to have a new toilet fitted....

To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush....
