I was pleased with the product (it worked) and level of communication later into the buying process but was left disappointed with the sales tactics.
I had chosen MyTub because when I called you gave me a lead time which was shorter than my plumber had stated. We were without a shower and wanted it working as soon as possible. Your product was slightly more expensive, but explaining my situation to your salesman, I had been told that the part would definitely arrive sooner. I therefore made the decision to buy with MyTub.
I was disappointed though as once payment had been taken I was told that the lead time was beyond what my plumber had suggested...so I had paid more for no reason. I appreciate that sometimes delays occur, but I was left with the feeling that MyTub were just tryin...

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. Keep up the good work guys :...

Materials ordered were delivered by local suppliers. However it took a week to arrive. Ordered other materials at the same time from another plumbing supplier, which arrived the next day. So materials ok but delivery poor. Would I use again, yes....
