The service was excellent and even though I ordered the wrong part to start off with they advised me on the return and replacement with the correct part. My many e-mails were answered promptly and the staff were friendly and efficient.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The order process differed from that advertised on the website but I was kept informed all the way and given the option to cancel the order and look elsewhere.

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you!
