Good price, prompt delivery - excellent customer service. Ordered online and Internet problem meant I had to start my order again. Second attempt worked no problem. Within minutes I got a phone call from a charming lady who said she had noticed that I appeared to have ordered two firebacks within minutes of each other. Did I really want them both or just one I told her what had happened and she said not to worry she would sort it out and arrange to refund my card.

I found the Company MyTub very helpful, well priced and after my electrician found he diid not need the part, only an hour after I had placed the order, they canceled the order without a fuss. I shall certainly place them at the top of my list for future plumbing parts. B.rgds...

I placed an order with MyTub in early September and was informed promptly that there will be a delay in fulfilling this order of some 6 weeks. This presented no problem as I did not want to use this tap straightaway. The very good price charged made it worthwhile the wait. MyTub were very good in the interim period to inform me of the progress and eventually at 5 weeks, the tap arrived, earlier than 6 weeks estimate, in absolutely brand spanking new condition. I have not used this particular tap yet but have used this particular model. It is one of the best types in the market by the name of Grohe. I have every confidence of this tap being no different, when I use it. What more can say about MyTub & Grohe other than sing high praises & recommend the company highly....

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed with the service I received when buying my sink. The price was the best I had found anywhere and although I had to wait for it to come into stock the delivery was on time and the day I was told it would come.
Customer services was excellent with extremely polite update phone calles to my enquiries.
