We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. delivery driver said we would of had our order on friday but someone had put the wrong postcode on the parcel eg 5dp instead of 5dq so they couldnt find us....

Excellent service with relevant updates about the order progress. The Grohe Flush Push button Mark 2 version arrived on time and now that it is fitted works better than the original and the price was right too! Well done MyTub....

While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
