In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. The service was good. It came when you said it would and the response to my order was fast.
Sadly it did take 3 weeks to get it here, which did seem a very long time and will mean if I need it in a hurry Ill look for another supplier.

Although mytub couldnt fulfil my complete order I was kept informed with instant messages and delivery was quick. Seems like a good setup and I wouldnt hesitate in using them again...

Fine except for chaos regarding delivey. Slight damage two flanges bent but hopefully this can be rectfied without returning the goods. Reeserve judgement untill installation....
