We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long....

Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company....

I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.

Wow ordered this on Wednesday morning and it arrived that afternoon. Very impressed with the service. Website easy to use as was ordering. Item arrived all packaged intact and unopened part for an old boiler will be recommending and using this site again. Well done on a A1 service. Thank you....
