We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France.
