Placed and order for a motorised valve and was pleased with the response form My Tub. Told me when it was coming and kept me up to date with the delivery info. Arrived on time. Very pleased with the price.

Order was delivered to a neighbour. When I received it it was sans any packaging other than being in an opened plastic bag, but appears to be complete 5 individual items with the delivery note separate....

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. myTub can take a bow. it was a well organised buying experience from, start to finish. Their contact by email to your queries is better than most companies, on the Internet. Oh! by the way! I got an adaptor for the euro plug on the pump. Im still awaiting the instructions from the manufacturer. Which!..myTub was... in "No" way to blame for. I give you!.. 1010...for a job well done....

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was.
