Dear MyTub,
Your sales team, particularly Jeannette who I spoke to today, is superb, but your website leaves or left - I see it has now been updated much to be desired. I ordered the most expensive of two heat poles and ended up being delivered the other one. I have had to pay a returns cost of £38.51 - which I think is unfair. It would be nice to have this refunded.

I cant speak highly enough of the service Ive received from Christine at MyTub this week. Christine went out of her way to source the part I needed and kept me informed by telephone to let me know when I would receive it.

I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus!
