I am delighted to have found mytub. Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. my order was delivered within 24 hrs of my submission to My Tub
Item was as requested and in good condition- (in fact fitted and functioning !)
Friendly and cheerful delivery person from Bath! 2 miles distant
What more could I ask!
If only the original item(s) sent direct fromTwyfords had been correct and fit for purpose - however that was a very very long and involved stressful "cock up!"- for which I received no apology or feedback
