Was disappointed as did not realise when ordered that glass door for oven would take 15 days, and was not told that would have to drive to a parts centre (14 mile round trip) to collect it. The staff were polite and answered email promptly, however gave name of the retail park where to go for collection but not the name of the Parts Company. Fortunately I had asked in a previous email for the telephone number, so was able to ring the number and ask them who they were and where to go in the retail park. The item is what was ordered and cheaper than elsewhere, so would order again from MuTub, but would want to know how long is the wait before ordering, especially for an urgently needed part.

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.
