Just one thing - I've ordered an OUTASIGHT shower screen, but your site
didn't give me the opportunity to choose a colour, you could consider

The service has been phenomenal!
I cant believe that I had order online from the UK to get a part in Australia.
The delivery was with in a day of specified of the international delivery date.
I was updated regularly as to the status of my order.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was.
It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it.
But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place.
I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right.
Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy.

Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.
