Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Thanks for bath....arrived as advised.
Happy with bath but not with handles as they are much wider than those on the alto 70 width bath.It is not your fault and having spoken to Ideal Standard find that they do no provide an alternative which is a pity
I dont suppose you know of a possible alternative

Delivery slower than a lot of on-line companies but that didnt matter. However, I was promised to be advised of an am or pm slot when the delivery date was known but I had to request this.
All in all though, I received what I ordered and it was delivered on the day and at the time I was advised and it was easy to get in touch as the email link takes you direct to the correct page every time - not like some where you then have to log in and then find out where they want you to go.
