Having been let down badly, by the appalling service of a rival supplier, I could not fault the service recieved by My Tub. Goods ordered arrived in specified time scale, online updates fantastic and even a call to tell me when it would be delivered, the best price I could find on the web for the product I required, and a sensible delivery charge too. Everything I want from a supplier. Will be using you again and recommending to friends.
The only thing that might prevent me from ordering more things, is finding them on your site. You have to know the product code to find it, pictures would be helpful, as it is really hard to tell from a product code if it will match requirements. More pictures please!

Good service and I was kept informed.Mytub also arranged for me to pick up order at a local supplier on Saturday morning, rather than waiting for delivery on the Monday. I would have no hesitation using Mytub again.

Sir/Madam,
I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.
Now I will go to you guys first without question.

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.
