The parts were delivered when promised, all communication prior to delivery was helpful in managing my expectations.

Special thanks to Christine for sorting out our problem with a broken handle on a Grohe shower mixer valve. She provided an excellent service chasing up the manufacturers and keeping us informed of what was happening. I was able to pick up the part and fit it successfully. Many thanks....

My order arrived next day which was great. But the item had to be signed for. I fortunately returned home otherwise I would not of received it. I was not given a tracking number so I had no idea when the order would arrive. Also on the website it asks where to leave the order, but this is useless as the delivery driver needs the items to be signed for. The logistics need some serious attention if your going to charge high costs for delivery....

It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered.
