However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. I have bought numerous items for my gas fire and have always had very good service. Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order. The DELABIE Shower head holder in chrome metal dia. 25&32mm is now fitted and provides a robust and stylish answer for replacement shower head holders. The original abs plastic equipment failed, the replacement abs plastic failed this one now seems to be the business.

We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Cusomter service is great. I ordered a part needing it to be shipped to the US and the customer service team quickly got the part to me and kept me inofmed of my order throughout the process. Unfortunately, through no fault of the MYTub team, the part did not fit. For those ordering parts from the US verify the OD verses the ID of the fittings. I ordered a 50mm push fitting coupling and got exactly what I ordered. The coupling is apparently measured by the OD and I needed a push fit coupling to fit a 2" 50mm ABS pipe. In the US that would be 2" 50mm ID and about 54mm OD. Lesson learned....
