i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed . ------------- ------------- ------------ Hello Mr Adamson I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date. I thought this would be sent direct I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker. In general I am pleased with your service. Thankyou...
