First, The part is correct, fitted and leak free, so thanks. Actually, if I were to do this again I would buy from a local shop, accepting the higher piece price for a faster delivery. Your price advantage was almost completely eroded by the shipping charges - why not simply post it especially as I was prepared to wait. Anyhow, as I said before, the part is correct and has fixed my problem so Im happy enough on that score. Regards

Thanks for bath....arrived as advised.
Happy with bath but not with handles as they are much wider than those on the alto 70 width bath.It is not your fault and having spoken to Ideal Standard find that they do no provide an alternative which is a pity
I dont suppose you know of a possible alternative

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! Really helpful sales and support staff, only negative is that the three ordered items were each delivered separately. One of the delivery drivers left a message that the item was to returned to depot whereas it had infact been left with a neighbour. Suggest that items ordered together are dispatched together Itll save on your delivery costs an make tracking easier. ...

Many thanks for all your help in securing the special bath needed. Your price was by far the cheapest, but above all the advise and service was first class Steve callbacks and updates was a level of customer service I had forgotten existed. I would be happy to recommend My Tub to anyone.

I inquired about the Matrix for a Focal Point gas fire as I wasn't sure if it was the correct one and kindly MYtub assistants enquired for me to Focal Point to make sure it was the correct part. I then ordered the part and could trace its progress on Mytubs web site, which I found very useful. Mytub kept me up to date on the order through emails also. I quickly received the part via a courier which was very well packaged as the parts were delicate and were in perfect condition. Thank you Mytub....
