Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. I have made two seperate orders for radiators and both have arrived when advised without any problems.I think the email contact with Laurie is excellent. The website could be easier to navigate and a few more pictures of the products would help the non professional....

The order turned out to be more complicated than I thought, but MyTub stuck with it until I had the items I needed. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I am very impressed with the level of service. I will definately use MyTub again....

Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I cant comment on the quality of the new Taps - they have yet to be fitted.
