I highly recommend mytub. The service was efficient , polite and friendly. Their communication regarding the delay of my item from Germany was prompt and I was kept up to date with the delivery of the order. I would use mytub again. ...

Not sure what happened with this one but initial 30 day lead time to obtain everyday plumbing materials isnt acceptable to my customers, especially as these products are manufactured in the uk. The order was fulfilled with 13 days after agreeing to pay an additional £9 VAT delivery charge. This is however, common in the UK plumbing supply industry & by no means exclusively a MyTubWolseleyMcAlpine problem. All products turned up as described and the communication by MyTub was very good. This has not put me off ordering from MyTub who are usually very good & this may have been out of their control.

Not delivered on time, as for some reason item left off van.
However, customer services dealt with it quickly and efficiently, calling me back to keep me updated. Item was then delivered the next day....
