The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Never heard of this site before, stumbled upon it whilst trying to find a relatively unknown shower screen.
On finding the unit, the site said it would update me as to availability, which it duly did, and then delivered next day, not bad !! Very simple to use and quick with it....

My order was dealt with efficiently. There was a wait for the item, which was made clear when ordering, but we were kept up to date about the expected delivery date which in actual fact was sooner then expected. Would definitely use again....

Good website which is very easy to navigate. Excellent prices which are very easy to pay. My only moan is why it was not possible to tell me that one item was out of stock with the manufacturer until the day delvery was due. Communication with me was good when thi happened - though too late to be practically useful as opposed to "just reassuring". Of course when youre buying over the internet, reassuring is very important when there is a glitch. All in all, a very crieditable effort by real people who do their best - which is not at all bad....

Easy ordering process and prompt replies to lead time enquiries. An alternative product was offered where the one I was interested in was discontinued and at a competitive price. Good and accurate communication on delivery. I would definitely use again....
