Although delivery took over a month, this was a part for a piece of equipment nearly 20 years old and myTub were one of the few places I found who could supply it, we were kept updated on the delivery schedule and your staff were very helpful when I chased the order. I would use myTub again....

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days....
