My cabinet arrived exactly as stated but had an obvius manufacturing fault. You went out of your way to resolve the problem and kept me updated with progress.
Everything was done so as not to inconvenience me.

We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. Bought a Myson towel rail element from MyTub that sadly malfunctioned after 18 months. 2 year warranty confirmed by Myson. Brenda went out of her way to arrange a replacement part, having to navigate a challenging supply chain in order to get it to me.
Will definately shop with MyTub again.

Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the
Order
The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet
Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush
As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes
In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other
Brush.
Can you please change your browser content to stop people
Purchasing one of the product and thus save duplicate p&p.
