I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. Thanks for your help with this
The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages
Then when I got the right product number I was unsure how to get the old one off
Then I could not source a replacement
I found your add on line
Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted

Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Cant fault your service at all, even though the dispatch was delayed you kept me very well informed all the time. Will certainly use you again.
