Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery

Never heard of this site before, stumbled upon it whilst trying to find a relatively unknown shower screen.
On finding the unit, the site said it would update me as to availability, which it duly did, and then delivered next day, not bad !! Very simple to use and quick with it....

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Im very impressed with the level of service, the price, and the toilet seat that i ordered as well. Will definitely recommend Mytub to people I know....

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself. Communication on the progress of the order and delivery including the you should have it by now email was excellent. Will use again the next time the boiler needs a spare part....
