At first I wasnt going to order from you as I wanted to pay over the phone with a card and I was told your company only took orders on line.
For me thats a pain, I just want to pay over the phone and be done with it. Im still disappointed .
That aside once the order was taken on line all went very well, my order even came 2 days early.

Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock.That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.

Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either.... ...James Bastow

Hi there.
The first thing that went wrong was that the delivery date was shown to be very quick (which is why you got the order) - it was only when i had actually ordered the item that you subsequently informed me of the true delivery date, which was too far ahead to be of any use to us as we needed the toilet fixed before New Year's Eve as it was my birthday and we were having a party.
However luckily i rang and spoke to Laurie who was extremely polite and helpful and he took the trouble to check with the supplier for me if the item was in stock (which it was) and then arranged for the item to be delivered very very quickly. He deserves a medal as we were then able to fix the problem. He also took the trouble to wish me a happy birthday, which was above and beyond the call of duty.

The staff were very helpful and let me know exactly what was happening with my order. It would help to let people know that the estimated delivery is an at worse estimate

good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere.... ...Lee Headington
