I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company.
To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable.
To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable.
When the issues were raised, the staff spoken to seemed very uninterested as it was my problem not theirs and they also did not appear to have read the messages sent to them.

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. Everything handled by My Tub was superb, order placing, order acceptance and delivery schedule exactly as promised and required. Shame their supplier Jaccuzi were not as good, correct bath, but wrong installation instructions and drawing, and I believe incorrect installation kit as well. checked with Christine who arranged correct drawing or something close by, I asked Jaccuzi for information on installation kit, still waiting for a reply. So designed own fitting kit and fitted successfully, plastic front and side panels not as drawing supplied, so not going to use, anyone want a Jaccuzi 1500 bath front and side panel, going cheap !!...

I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower. Having done an internet trawl, MyTub seemed to be the only supplier with one in stock, when even Aqualisa the manufacturer had none. Your sales team gave me great advice over the phone and I ordered what I believe was the last one left across the whole supply chain! I paid the extra for next day delivery and hey presto, it arrived as promised yesterday. It was exactly what was required and my plumber fitted it this morning. Job done ....... what else can I say!!! Thank you .... outstanding service ....... Happy Christmas !!!...
